Jim Baer, Founder and Board Member
Jim is a prominent property owner, manager, and developer.
He was the founder and former principal of Premier Properties Management, LLC (PPM).
As a result of over 25 years as the leading developer of Palo Alto, Mr. Baer has close
relationships with property owners and managers throughout the downtown district.
Mr. Baer holds a B.A., an M.B.A., and a J.D. from Stanford University
Steven Bishop, Board Member
As Global Lead of Environmental Impact at IDEO, Steve helps companies build brands, develop new offerings,
and shape their innovation processes by repositioning environmental challenges as platforms for growth.
He’s worked with the US General Services Administration to devise a high-performance green building strategy,
helped utilities bring energy efficiency into their smart grids, and designed instrument panels for Ford’s 2010 Fusion Hybrid.
Steve received a graduate degree in product design from Stanford University where he now serves as an adjunct professor.
Martha Amram, Board Member
Martha founded WattzOn (originally as Ennovationz) to help the massive and greatly underserved residential energy
efficiency market. Martha was CEO of Vocomo Software, a voice software company, Chief Economist of PLX Systems, a patent
and copyright software company, and co-founder of Glaze Creek Partners, a consulting firm she sold to Navigant Consulting (NYSE: NCI).
Martha is the co-author of two books published by the Harvard Business School Press (Value Sweep and Real Options).
Martha holds a PhD in Applied Economics from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
David Bagshaw, Board Member
Dave Bagshaw is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur who brings tremendous expertise in leading companies through periods of aggressive growth.
Bagshaw is well known for his success as the CEO of Shutterfly, and has also served as VP of Marketing at Silicon Graphics and Senior VP
at @Home Networks and Excite@Home. Bagshaw’s first entrepreurial experience was in clean energy as a co-founder of solar thermal company
Pacific Sun Inc. Dave holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA, all from Stanford University. Dave is on the board
of directors of Renewable Funding and several other Bay Area organizations, including University Games, Enmetric Systems, and the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement.
Mr. Dillabough runs the Smart Buildings and Energy Efficiency practice at the Westly Group. Prior to joining the Westly Group, Mr. Dillabough was the
General Manager of Corporate Environmental Affairs at eBay. In this capacity he led all of eBay’s environmental efforts and helped design and set specifications
for a 200,000 sq ft Gold LEED certified building. Mr. Dillabough has a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic University. He serves on the Board of Directors
for the Lucile Packard Hospital Foundation and OneMillionLights, and formerly served as a director of the Internet Advertising Board (IAB) and the
One Laptop Per Child Association (OLPC).
